Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original box or mailer, ensuring all tags are attached and skate hardware is in its original shrink wrap.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
